You want to return or exchange a shipment? It's easy to create your own return here.

Return

You want to return ordered goods to us? No problem. 

  • You generally have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods.
  • Please mark on the delivery bill which articles you would like to return to us and put the delivery note/return bill in the package.
  • Please check if the return conditions described below are fulfilled.
  • Create a DPD return order via the following link. (Free of charge for returns within Germany) | DPD Return
  • Fill in the requested information (e-mail address and reference or order number).
  • Afterwards you will receive an email from DPD where you can generate the return label.
  • Print out the label and stick it on the parcel.
  • Drop off the parcel at a DPD Parcel Shop.

 

Please note the following important information:

Consumers have a two-week right of withdrawal. You can find more information about your right of withdrawal here.

You can return ordered goods within 14 days after receipt of the complete order to us.
The following conditions must be met in order for your return to be processed smoothly and for the order value to be refunded in full:

  • The items to be returned must be sent back to us in the undamaged original packaging. This may be opened, but must be undamaged.
  • The items to be returned must be in their original condition and must have the original labels.
  • The items to be returned must be without signs of use and must not have been soiled or washed. (This includes dirt on the sole of shoes).
  • Please use a separate shipping box for returning the items. Ideally, you should use the box in which you received the item.
  • *Personalized items, such as printed jerseys, are excluded from exchange.
  • *Hygiene items, such as mouth guards, socks or underwear, are excluded from exchange.
  • If you have received free items with your order, these must also be returned. Otherwise we have to charge you for these items afterwards.

 

Of course you have the possibility to return goods with other shipping services than DPD. 

In this case, however, the return costs are to be borne by you. The same applies to any returns from customers outside Germany.

Complaints

You have received damaged goods and want to complain about them?

BEFORE you return any item to us, please contact us by mail at hockey@peco.de.

Your mail should contain the following information

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • 1-3 photos of the damage

After receiving your email, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed. 
This can usually take 1-2 days. Thank you for your understanding.
